What we collect
What you tell us: your name, email address and phone number, the address of the space you want help with, details about the space, and any photos or videos you choose to send. If a friend referred you, you may also give us that person's name and phone number.
When you book a video call with the calendar on this site, Cal.com handles the booking and collects your name, email, phone number and notes. Like most websites, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The booking calendar from Cal.com may set its own cookies so it can work. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and ask you first.
How we use your information
To answer your messages, schedule and carry out your sessions, prepare quotes, and send the coupons and codes you ask for. We may call or text you to reply to your request or confirm a booking. When you claim the welcome coupon, you also join our email list for occasional offers and organizing tips, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We keep a record of when you agreed and what you agreed to. We do not send marketing text messages.
Referrals
We use a referrer's name and phone number only to confirm the referral and to say thank you. We do not add them to any marketing list unless they sign up themselves.
Photos of your space
We take before-and-after photos of client spaces. We only share them publicly, on this site or on social media, with your permission.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, such as Cal.com for scheduling, Cloudflare for hosting and our email provider, and when the law requires it. We do not share your phone number or email address with anyone else for their marketing.
Your choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@trigrepublic.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or service can promise perfect security.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
