For when more than one area needs attention. We divide your home into zones and price one zone at a time, so every area gets proper attention. Bins and organizers can often move from one room to the next, which keeps your costs down.

Prefer to meet face to face? I'll come to you for a 45-minute walkthrough. Most people start with the free video call.
My hourly rate is $85 (4-hour minimum) for anything outside these packages.
Need bins or drawer organizers? I'll source them and bill you at retail price, no markup beyond that.

Is the free consultation really free?
Yes, always. It's a 45-minute video call, no obligation. We look at the space together and I'll tell you honestly what it'll take.
Do I need to already own bins?
Not at all. If we need new ones, I'll source them and bill you at retail price, no markup beyond that.
Who decides what stays and what goes?
You do, always. I'll guide the process and do the hauling, but every keep-or-toss call is yours.
